What makes Women Leading Travel special isn’t just what happens on stage. It’s what happens in between.

Over the last few weeks alone, our members have come together in ways that remind us this community is about far more than content-driven events.

At last week’s quarterly Corporate Member Workshop, we didn’t just gather company representatives. We brought entire teams into conversations around leadership, retention, workplace culture, mentorship and what industry leaders actually need to grow and succeed inside organizations today. The discussion was honest, practical and deeply collaborative — exactly what this industry needs more of.

On our latest Member Connect Call led by Nadine Heubel, members showed up with extraordinary openness. What started with one powerful personal story quickly became a conversation where women across the industry shared their own experiences, challenges and lessons learned. Those moments of vulnerability and connection are impossible to manufacture, and they are often where the real impact happens.

And on Friday night in Bangkok, more than 15 women gathered for a local member meetup that turned into the kind of evening that reminds you why in-person community matters. New relationships formed. Career advice was exchanged. People who had only connected online finally met face-to-face.

That’s the thing about Women Leading Travel membership: the value doesn’t stop when an event ends.

It lives in the conversations that continue afterward. The peer support. The introductions. The leadership development. The local meetups. The workshops. The willingness to show up for one another honestly and generously.

And we’re just getting started.

With more member meetups, workshops and candid conversations ahead, we’re continuing to build a community where women in travel don’t just network — they grow together.
