As executive women, we're often expected to have the answers, project confidence and navigate constant change without missing a beat. But some of the biggest leadership breakthroughs don't come from having more certainty—they come from recognizing the invisible patterns that shape how we lead in the first place.
That's why every Women Leading Travel Leadership Exchange begins and ends with keynote speakers who challenge us to think differently. These sessions are intentionally designed to go beyond industry trends, creating space for reflection, vulnerability and the kind of honest conversations that make our community unique.
On September 22 at the North Javits Center, we'll kick off the Women Leading Travel NYC Leadership Exchange with Megan Miller, Founder & CEO of Unleashed Leadership, who will explore how the unconscious desire for certainty and approval can influence the way we lead, make decisions and show up when the stakes are high. Megan will help attendees recognize these patterns and consider what becomes possible when we choose a different path.
We'll close the day with an inspiring keynote from Melanie Curtis, professional skydiver, entrepreneur and peak performance coach at How To Fly, Inc., who will inspire leaders to rethink what’s possible. Drawing on her experience as a world-record skydiver, Melanie will share the science behind meaningful goals, the power of embracing “strategic fun” and how taking smart risks can unlock new levels of growth and impact.
Together, Megan and Melanie will set the tone for a day of candid executive conversations, meaningful peer connections and actionable leadership insights designed specifically for women shaping the future of travel.
We hope you’ll join us in NYC or at one of our upcoming Leadership Exchanges taking place in London, Montreal, Chicago and Las Vegas. Wherever we meet, you’ll find the same opportunity to connect with executive women, exchange ideas and leave inspired.
