Last week, Women Leading Travel brought together more than 100 executive women from across the travel industry for our sold-out London Leadership Exchange at art’otel London Battersea Power Station, where our community were warmly welcomed by the property’s General Manager, Jennifer McCabe.

The afternoon was filled with candid conversations on leadership, global growth, career development and the future of travel. Stefanie Sword-Williams, author and keynote speaker, kicked off the program with an energizing keynote on confidence and self-advocacy, setting the tone for the day.

Intrepid Travel Chief Marketing Officer Hazel McGuire joined Skift President Carolyn Kremins for a conversation about personal branding and visibility, while Explora Journeys President Anna Nash shared insights on leading a luxury brand at sea. And Booking Holdings’ Louella Fisher spoke to the value of being part of Women Leading Travel, highlighting the connections, conversations and opportunities that come with membership as our community continues to blossom across the UK and Europe.

Later, Carnival UK Chief Commerce Officer Katie McAlister, Chief Marketing Officer of Byway Holly Clarke and Travalyst Chief of Staff Polly Lomas took on the realities of global growth in an interactive panel moderated by Courtney Seard. We closed the stage program with Radisson’s Cristina Serra and Women Leading Travel SVP and General Manager Kate Irwin discussing career journeys, resilience and leading across global markets and brands.

Our peer-driven roundtables and closing cocktail reception gave members even more opportunities to exchange ideas, share challenges and build meaningful connections.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in London. Click through to explore our photo gallery and relive some of the highlights from the event. And we’re not done yet: We have two more Leadership Exchanges coming up in 2026, with Montreal on Oct. 26 and Las Vegas on Dec. 8. We hope to see you there!
