Women Leading Travel is heading into a new season of Leadership Exchanges across North America, bringing senior women leaders together in small, focused rooms designed for candid, off-the-record conversation. This year’s series will take place in New York City, Montreal, Chicago, London and Las Vegas, each gathering intentionally kept intimate so the dialogue stays practical, honest and directly connected to the realities of leading in travel and hospitality today.

These Exchanges are built for senior leaders who are actively shaping decisions inside the brands you know. Across each city, attendees can expect a strong cross-section of the industry, with participants sitting at director level or above and representing companies operating at meaningful scale.

We’ll be announcing speakers and agendas soon for each city, and we’re shaping programming right now based on the themes and conversations emerging across the community. If you attended the Women Leading Travel Forum and found yourself especially engaged by a particular main stage topic, we’d love to hear from you! Tell us what resonated and what you want to see explored more deeply in these smaller, more interactive rooms.

You can also expect additional in-person and virtual programming announcements in the coming weeks as we continue expanding opportunities to connect throughout the year.

New York City (Sept 22), Montreal (Oct 26), Chicago (Nov 17) and Las Vegas (Dec 8) are now open for registration. We hope to see you there!
