Hello, Women Leading Travel community! I'm Kim Jack-Riley, and I'm delighted to introduce myself as your new Membership Manager at Women Leading Travel.

With more than 26 years of experience across travel, tourism and hospitality, I've had the opportunity to work with incredible people and organizations across the industry. My career has taken me from serving as Director of Tourism for Antigua and Barbuda to working with the cruise industry as Director of Membership at CLIA, where I focused on building strong member relationships, delivering value and bringing industry professionals together. Most recently, I led marketing and communications at Shoreham Port in the United Kingdom.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my passion for connecting people, building communities and creating opportunities for collaboration and growth. That's what makes joining Women Leading Travel so exciting.

As Membership Manager, my focus will be on supporting and growing our global community of women leaders across travel and hospitality. I'll be working closely with our existing members to understand their priorities, strengthen engagement and ensure they're making the most of everything WLT has to offer. I'll also be welcoming new members, building relationships with organizations across the industry and helping create opportunities for women to connect, share experiences, learn from one another and advance their careers.

Whether it's through our Leadership Exchanges, annual Forum, virtual programming or smaller member gatherings, I'm looking forward to helping make every interaction with our community meaningful and valuable. I'm particularly excited to hear directly from our members about what they'd like to see more of and how we can continue to evolve and strengthen this incredible network.

I'm based in Brighton, UK, where I also serve on the advisory boards of the Sussex & Brighton Local Visitor Economy Partnership and the Brighton & Hove Culture Alliance. Giving back to the industry and supporting the next generation of talent are important to me, and I'm passionate about the role that strong professional networks can play in opening doors and creating lasting change.

And on a more personal note, I'm also a Certified Tea Sommelier, so if we meet over a cup of tea, don't be surprised if I have a recommendation or two!

I'm incredibly excited to be part of this next chapter for Women Leading Travel, especially as our community continues to grow across the UK, Europe and beyond. I look forward to meeting as many of you as possible, hearing your stories and working together to make Women Leading Travel an even stronger, more connected and supportive community.

Please connect with me on LinkedIn and introduce yourself. I'd love to hear from you!
