As we head into the final months of the year, we're looking ahead to the holiday season and the opportunity to bring our Women Leading Travel community together before we welcome 2027.

It's been an exciting year of meaningful conversations, new connections and shared experiences across our growing global community. From our Forum in New Orleans and Leadership Exchanges spanning the globe to virtual workshops and informal member gatherings, we've seen firsthand the value of creating spaces where women in travel and hospitality can connect, exchange ideas and support one another.

Now, we'd love your help closing out the year on a high note!

With member meetups already planned in Bangkok and Dallas this November, we're excited to keep the momentum going and invite members to host holiday gatherings in their own cities throughout November and December. Whether it's an intimate coffee gathering, a festive happy hour or an evening of networking, these events are a wonderful way to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new members and celebrate all we've accomplished together.

You don't need to plan anything elaborate. Some of the most meaningful connections happen over a simple conversation, and our team is here to help bring your ideas to life. If you have a favorite venue, a few industry peers you'd love to introduce or simply an interest in bringing the Women Leading Travel community together in your city, we'd love to hear from you.

Interested in hosting a holiday member meetup? Reach out to our team to start planning! Let's make the most of these final weeks of 2026 and carry the momentum of this incredible community into the new year.

I left [the Women Leading Travel Leadership Exchange] genuinely inspired.
What stood out most wasn’t just the titles in the room—C-suite leaders, investors, owners—but the collective perspective and openness in sharing real experiences.
