We’re excited to officially announce the dates and destination for our flagship annual event: the Women Leading Travel Forum, taking place May 24–26, 2027, at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Bastrop, Texas.

This year has shown us just how much our community is ready to come together. Our Bangkok, New York City and London Leadership Exchanges sold out, bringing senior women leaders together for the honest conversations, meaningful connections and industry insights that define Women Leading Travel. And we’re not slowing down. This fall, we’ll continue that momentum with Leadership Exchanges in Montreal on Oct. 26 and Las Vegas on Dec. 8.

Across these gatherings, we’ve welcomed, and will soon welcome, executives from some of the industry’s most influential brands, including Priceline, Hilton, Intrepid Travel, Cunard, MGM Resorts International, Destination Canada, Kiwi.com and Crescent Hotels & Resorts. It’s a reflection of the caliber of leaders shaping conversations across our community, and you can expect a similarly impressive lineup of industry all-stars to take the stage when we gather in Texas next May.

The Women Leading Travel Forum is our biggest gathering of the year, bringing our community together for three days of executive-level conversations, leadership development, meaningful networking and plenty of opportunities to connect with women shaping the future of travel.

Registration is now open, and WLT members receive access to early-bird pricing plus an additional members-only discount. We encourage you to register soon to secure the best available rate and your place at our flagship event.

Texas, here we come. We can’t wait to see you there!
