Last week, more than 300 women leaders from across the travel and hospitality industry gathered at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans for the fourth annual Women Leading Travel Forum – and what an extraordinary few days it was!
Centered around our theme, Power with Purpose: Courage, Capital, and Change, the Forum brought together executives, entrepreneurs, rising stars, innovators and changemakers for candid conversations about leadership, growth, resilience and the future of our industry. Across keynote presentations, executive discussions, coaching sessions, peer exchanges and countless hallway conversations, one message emerged clearly: when women invest in one another, remarkable things happen.
We explored what it means to lead through uncertainty, embrace innovation without losing humanity, build high-performing teams, navigate career-defining moments and create organizations where people can thrive. Most importantly, we strengthened the relationships and community that continue to make Women Leading Travel such a powerful force for connection and advancement.
To every speaker, coach, sponsor, partner and attendee who helped make this year's Forum so meaningful, thank you. Your insights, energy, generosity and willingness to share openly are what make this community special.
The conversation doesn't end in New Orleans. We invite you to continue building connections through our upcoming Leadership Exchanges in New York City, Montreal, Chicago and Las Vegas. If you're not yet a member, to apply for Women Leading Travel membership and become part of this growing community of leaders shaping the future of travel.
