One of the most important things about Women Leading Travel is that the conversation doesn’t only happen on stage — it’s built in between our events, every day, through the people and ideas moving across this community.

While our Leadership Exchanges and annual Forum are where many of these conversations come to life in person, the foundation is what happens in the months between gatherings. Member Meetups, virtual workshops, Member Connect Calls, Member Spotlights and informal contributions across the network are all part of how we stay connected — and how we surface the voices shaping the future of travel and hospitality.

This ongoing engagement is also one of the primary ways we identify speakers for our in-person stages. Many of the leaders you see featured at our Forum and Leadership Exchanges first come through this ecosystem — not because they applied to speak, but because they were already active in the community. They host a session, contribute a perspective, lead a discussion, participate in a spotlight or consistently show up with ideas that resonate. Over time, those contributions help us see who is driving the most important conversations in the industry.

As we prepare to program our upcoming Leadership Exchanges this fall, we’ll once again be filling select speaker roles across markets including New York, Montreal, Chicago, Las Vegas and London. At the same time, we are beginning to shape the next Women Leading Travel Forum, where we will continue to elevate voices that reflect the depth and diversity of leadership across our community.

If you’re interested in being more involved — whether through hosting a Member Meetup, leading a virtual session, joining a Member Connect Call, or participating in a spotlight — now is the time to raise your hand. And if you’re not yet a member but want to get involved, we invite you to apply today.

We don’t just program events around this community. We build them from within it.
