The Women Leading Travel Forum is just under a month away, and as we get closer to gathering in New Orleans, we want to share a few notes on how to prepare for an experience that is designed to be active, not passive.
This is a working forum — built for engagement, candid conversation and perspective shifts across leaders in travel and hospitality. The most valuable takeaways won’t come from simply attending sessions, but from how you participate in them: the questions you ask, the ideas you challenge and the connections you build throughout the day.
This year’s event will be more interactive than ever, with customized workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions and technology-enabled programming that lets attendees engage directly in on-stage conversations. The Women Leading Travel app launches today, on Apple iOS and Google Play for all attendees and will be essential for booking coaching sessions and workshops, viewing the agenda, networking with fellow attendees and participating in interactive sessions throughout the Forum.
To fully take advantage of that experience, we also strongly encourage attendees to stay on-site at the Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. Being in the hotel keeps you connected to the flow of programming, spontaneous conversations and informal moments that often end up being just as impactful as what happens on stage. Please note that the special room block rate ends Friday, May 22, and we recommend booking as soon as possible.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to New Orleans for a Forum designed to challenge perspectives, strengthen connections and create space for the conversations leaders in travel too rarely get to have in one room. Come prepared to participate fully, engage generously and make the most of every interaction — on stage and off.
