Day Two of the Women Leading Travel Forum arrives with the kind of energy that only happens when a room is already full of momentum.

Yesterday set the tone in unforgettable fashion: a warm welcome from Skift President Carolyn Kremins and a full day of candid, wide-ranging industry conversations that didn’t stop at the main stage — continuing well into the evening cocktail reception as new connections were made and ideas carried forward.

If Day One was about opening the conversation, Day Two is about deepening it.

Today brings a full slate of programming across leadership, innovation and the future of travel, alongside wellness experiences designed to meet leaders where they are — including morning guided walking tours through New Orleans’ French Quarter and a self-defense class created specifically for women who travel on business and navigate the world on the move.

And tonight, we gather once again — this time for the Golden Garden Cocktail Party hosted by Atlas Obscura — a celebration designed to lean into the spirit, story, and magic of the destination itself.

Wednesday continues what this forum does best: pairing inspiration with connection, onstage and off, and creating space for conversations that last long after the final session ends.

For members who couldn’t join us in New Orleans, select sessions will be available on demand later this summer so our entire community can experience the ideas and conversations shaping this moment in travel.

And if you’re feeling a little FOMO, consider this your invitation: explore our events calendar to join us at a future Women Leading Travel gathering. We look forward to hosting you at our 2026 Leadership Exchanges in Chicago, Las Vegas, Montreal and New York. We’ll also be announcing additional in-person dates and destinations very soon—there’s so much more ahead.
