What a welcome, Montreal!
Last week, we hosted our first-ever event in Canada, bringing together a sold-out, standing-room-only audience of senior women executives at the Four Seasons Montréal. Hosted by Business Events Montréal, the Women Leading Travel Montreal Leadership Exchange was an afternoon of candid conversations, fresh perspectives and meaningful connections.
The program featured inspiring keynotes from Sara Gilbert and Trisha Miltimore, a fireside chat with Air Canada executives Jacqueline Harkness and Alison Short on navigating change and shaping the future of air travel, and a forward-looking discussion on travel innovation and investment with Mia Morisset of Inovia Capital. We also heard from Marela Lucero-Lee of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, a founding member of the Women Leading Travel Advisory Board, about the value of joining this community.
Attendees connected through interactive leadership roundtables before hearing from a panel featuring Marie-Flore Ducrot of VIA Rail; Virginie De Visscher of Destination Canada; and Karen Mazurkewich of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The panelists debated the trends and leadership decisions shaping our industry, with audience members casting their own votes alongside the executives throughout the discussion.
The incredible turnout and energy in the room reinforced the value of bringing women leaders together to exchange ideas, build relationships and learn from one another. We're excited to continue growing the Women Leading Travel community and expanding our programming globally!
Next stop: Las Vegas! Join us December 8 at Wynn Las Vegas for our final Leadership Exchange of 2026. Register here.
